CBJ Scientific Panel on Climate Change Holds Open Discussion at UAS

The City and Borough of Juneau Scientific Panel on Climate Change is holding a panel discussion at the UAS Egan Lecture Hall on Sat., Sept. 23 from 2 to 4 PM followed by an open discussion over coffee and cookies.

The panel of scientific experts was commissioned by Mayor Bruce Botelho to review the relevant scientific information and prepare a report to the Mayor's Office and the CBJ Assembly on the potential impacts of climate change on Juneau and its surroundings.

The report is still in development, and the panel is interested in hearing from the community.

The panel is comprised of the following members:
